When painting/renewing a rear quarter panel and also considering to blend the fuel flap, the following rules apply:

AZT Painting:

  1. If the fuel flap is metal, then blending is included and if selected for blending, will be eliminated by the painting of the rear quarter panel
  2. If the fuel flap is plastic, then blending is not included and if selected for blending, additional time and paint materials will be given

Manufacturers' Painting:

This is likely to vary by manufacturer and can possibly vary within a manufacturer's model range.

The general rule is, if you select to blend the fuel flap:

  • If included, there will be no additional labour or paint materials
  • If not included, there will be additional labour and paint materials
